Tracy has created campaigns to grow technology, life sciences and professional services businesses for more than 30 years. She is a trusted adviser and steady hand during crisis and high-profile litigation. She began her career working with U.S. and European aerospace and defense companies at Hill & Knowlton in Washington, D.C. and founded her own company in Los Angeles in 2008. She earned a bachelor’s degree from The Elliott School of International Affairs at The George Washington University. She is a civic leader in Los Angeles and speaks frequently on preserving and strengthening brands during crisis. MORE
Trent is a 20-year veteran of public relations and communications whose diverse background includes working in-house, on the agency side, and as a reporter and editor. He leads the firm’s financial services division which includes a number of payment technology innovators. Previously, Trent worked for the Associated Press and Kansas City Star. She managed the PR department at her previous agency, A Design Partnership, and graduated cum laude from California State University Northridge with a bachelor’s degree in English. Paulo specializes in social media and oversees the development of all electronic newsletters for clients. Previously, he worked at Eisner Pediatric & Family Medical Center and BELLO Magazine. Born and raised in Puerto Rico, Acuña earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Marquette University where he was a reporter and managing editor for the Marquette Journal. MORE
Michelle is the financial controller and full-charge bookkeeper with over 20 years of experience. She records the day-to-day financial transactions at Olmstead Williams Communications and oversees all client invoicing. She began her career in real estate management and manufacturing companies in Boston and New York. Her client list has grown to include entertainment firms, non-profits, public relations firms and restaurants. She earned a bachelor’s degree at Northeastern University School of Business.
Phyllis wears a lot of hats at Olmstead Williams Communications, from maintaining the database of client media coverage to troubleshooting IT systems and overseeing all firm purchases. She makes sure senior leadership and everyone else on the team has the tools to do their jobs and she keeps the office running smoothly. Previously, she worked as an executive assistant at Pardee Homes.
