This morning, the Today Show discussed two recent studies on what women can expect in the workplace. The short answer? Double standards still exist: women who are skinner get paid more on average than their overweight counterparts. The good news? The gender gap is shrinking as far as salaries are concerned. Between 2007 and 2009, the number of women joining the $100,000 a year club grew four percent.
