		<description><![CDATA[Lawsuits for misclassification of interpreters have already happened in WA state. The Language Connection agency went all the way to appeals. In Oregon Certified Languages International was sued as well. I beg you to please look closely into this matter and bring it to the attention of the appropiate authorities and/or attorneys. We here in WA are dealing with a Byzantine brokerage system created by the Department of Social and Health Services that has ruined the quality of interpreting for WA state. The brokerage system was created by the DSHS to insulate itself from audits by the Employment Security Division.]]></description>
