TaskUs CEO speaks about transitioning 2,000 San Antonio employees to work remotely

The outbreak of COVID-19 has lead many companies to ask their employees to work from home, but TaskUs, the customer support company based in Santa Monica, was able to successfully do it at a much larger scale. “Tuesday of last week, we no longer felt safe asking our frontline teammates to work in office, so leadership decided to move our workforce to work from home,” said TaskUs CEO, Bryce Maddock during his meeting with the San Antonio Business Journal.
