The Glendale News-Press recently featured the iQLA annual Back-to-School in-person event in Glendale on Sept. 11.
While iQLA provides online education, the gathering offered students a chance to connect face-to-face, meet their teachers, and experience the sense of belonging that comes with being part of a school community.
The event carried special meaning this year as it fell on 9/11. To honor the anniversary, attendees paused for a moment of silence in remembrance of those who lost their lives.
