Ariat International to sell to Fisher family

Ariat International, a rapidly growing active outdoor footwear and apparel company with a leading position in the global equestrian market, announced an agreement has been reached by a group of shareholders led by LNK Partners and Brentwood Associates to sell the company to an existing shareholder — the Fisher family of San Francisco.
LNK and Brentwood invested in the company in 2006, according to a Reuters article. Los Angeles-based Brentwood invests in middle-market, consumer-related businesses and manages more than $650 million.
