With over a million apps available for smartphones and tablets, it can often be difficult to sift through the available options. Babble, a blog designed for urban parents, recently compiled its annual guide of the 50 best apps for parents, with everything from baby monitors to vacation planners.
Making the list this year is GoTrexx, a company that designs kid-themed travel guides focused on 12 locations in the United States. With the app, kids can learn fun travel facts, test their knowledge with regional quizzes, and create custom postcards to send to friends.
And according to GoTrexx, there’s a bonus for parents, too. Kids will be kept busy on the way to their destination.
