Bettina Duval, founder of California List, wrote an article for the San Diego Union-Tribune. In “A wake-up call to elect more women,” Bettina notes that the number of women holding state office in California is declining:
“We need more women at the table of political debate, and the only way to meet that need is to get more women to run for office.”
