A new segment called “Growing Our Economy” on KTTV FOX 11 in Los Angeles focuses on what local business leaders are seeing and saying about jobs. Among those featured so far by Christine Devine are:
- Brian Ring, Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year Awards (EOY) program director, in a piece titled “LA’s Best In Business” (July 9);
- Kamran Pourzanjani, an entrepreneur and long-time EOY judge, “An Entrepreneur’s Opinion” (July 16); and
- Martha de la Torre and Joe Badame, EOY finalists who built El Clasificado into the largest free Spanish publication in the country, “El Clasificado” (July 17).
Devine, who has 16 Emmys, hosted the Entrepreneur of the Year Awards last month at a 700-person gala held at the Beverly Hilton.
