According to TaskUs’ co-founder Jaspar Weir, putting employees’ needs before anything else gets the best results.
“Our people are our biggest differentiator, so we have to attract and retain the best employees. To do that, we had to look at the employee experience, because that impacts the customer experience,” says Weir. “We focused on creating more engaging spaces that make it fun to come to work and putting more emphasis on health and wellness.”
