NewDay USA was ahead of the pandemic curve when they started prepping their 500 employees to work from home back in January. Knowing that this would be a real adjustment, the executives thought of creative ways to keep their employees motivated and positive.
“We saw this potentially developing as a real issue at the end of January, and at the beginning of February we started having business continuity planning meetings every single day and through weekends,” said CEO Rob Posner.
