Online reputational threats can arise overnight and without warning. All it takes is a lawsuit or embarrassing photos posted on social media for Google to bring it to the attention of everyone. Misinformation spreads and becomes accepted. Then, companies must scramble in a defensive position.
OWC is frequently brought in to help. To better protect and defend against online reputation threats, OWC is partnering with AI and digital reputation experts, Digijaks, which allows us to deliver a rapid response with a deeper arsenal of capabilities.
Digijaks delivers a combination of tested trade secrets, artificial intelligence and subject matter experts. The company identifies the source of the attacks and removes the false or damaging items from the first page of online searches. The firm’s proprietary artificial intelligence watches for social media, website and search engine attacks.
Clients will be able to defend against socially engineered disruption and safeguard against attacks, such as:
- Negative media coverage on page one of Google and other search engines
- Spammers attacking social media channels
- Lawsuits and defamation of character allegations
- Smear campaigns on a website or social platforms
- Personal misinformation about an executive or business
- Social engineering attacks aimed at financial companies
- Digital and physical crossover attacks, where something begins online and ends up in real life
- Deep fake, AI, AR, VR technologies used to create alternate realities intended to harm
Your reputation is your brand, and it is critical to be well-armed for the worst.
