On Wednesday, February 12th, Saban Community Clinic and The Center in Hollywood came together for a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the opening of the new satellite clinic that will provide a variety of health services to individuals experiencing homelessness.
The Saban Community Clinic has partnered with The Center to provide a satellite clinic to expand healthcare services directly to community members experiencing homelessness. The satellite clinic will add an exam room, a nurse practitioner, a medical assistant/front desk assistant and a patient eligibility specialist to assist with insurance enrollment. Saban Community Clinic is a critical resource in the neighborhood and will go a long way toward addressing the physical and mental health needs of homeless residents.
