T+ink has signed a partnership deal with Japan based Dai Nipoon Printing to offer “thinking ink” technology to DNP’s more than 30,000 clients including books, magazines, packaging and game cards, as reported by NFC World.
The technology can be used to provide detailed product information, coupons and promotions, digital media and for product authentication. To access a link stored using T+ink’s Touchcode technology, consumers hold an item to their phone’s touchscreen to enable the device to read the non-visible conductive pattern of ink.
